It’s 1:48 AM.

Big night.

Corporate Challenge Volleyball Finals (we won).
American Idol Finale (Michael McDonald II won).
Top Chef Finale (my boy Harold won).
Lost Finale (I got goosebumps…such an awesome show).

It’s time for bed. More on the above later.

    It was an awesome night! Even better since we didn’t start the DVR of shows until 10:00pm! Thank God for Quicktrip fountain drinks to keep us up. (that’s right Scott, I had a soda!) We watched all three of our shows’ finales last night and it was great. I felt like we were “staying up late on a school night” - aside from the American Idol crap, the shows were great. And even AI managed to have Prince sing. What the heck are we going to watch now? Oh yea, So You Think You Can Dance starts tonight. YES!

    Definitely liked the Lost finale better than last year. I’m glad that JJ Abrams seems to have left the show in better hands (Damon Lindeloff and Carlton Cuse are two smart guys) than Alias ended up (I still didn’t watch that finale, so I’ll come back and comment on your post later). The one thing that bugged me though: Charlie walks out of the jungle, and they ask where Locke and Eko are, but they never go to look for them??? What’s up with that?

    Oh wow, Lost was awesome. We had to tape last week’s episode so we had a marathon last night with three hours of Lost. So many questions still and I can’t wait for the next season. I guess that’s what the writers want, huh?

    I could care less about AmeriScam Idol, as it is a joke. I’ve heard better vocalists at the Tumbleweed on Friday and Saturday nights. The LOST finale was awesome, however I’m always so danged confused as to what in the hell is going on. I guess I need to watch all of the episodes so that I have some sort of clue.

    Shane….does your corporate challenge volleyball team need another player for next year to defend your championship? My brother was saying that his team might be playing you guys, is that true?

    Mike, We are always on the lookout for new players. I am confident that you could sell here (as I’ve told you before)…I think that if we move up next year, it’s possible we’ll play them. But we are stuck in the F division…we should jump up next year.

    Did you catch SNL a couple weekends ago, when they did a parody of Taylor on Weekend Update? Jason Sudeikis (who is from Olathe or O.P., one of the 2), does such a dead-on impression of Mr. Soul-Patrol. It had me in stitches.
